Description

Electric motor recycling machine mainly consists of two parts: copper wire cutting machine and copper wire drawing machine. The copper wire cutting machine is mainly used to cut the copper wire in the scrap motor stator to separate it from the stator core and other components. The copper wire drawing machine is mainly used to pull the cut copper wire out of the scrap motor stator for subsequent recycling and processing. These two parts of the motor recycling equipment work together to achieve efficient, environmentally friendly and economical recycling of scrap motor stators.

Working Principle

This equipment mainly includes a body shell, a cutter, a support column, a copper cutting positioning plate, and a manual switch. First, support the waste motor stator on the support column, and position the motor stator with the copper cutting positioning plate. Then, use one of the foot switches to control the cutter to cut the copper coil of the motor stator. Put the motor stator with copper coil after cutting on the lifting platform, and control the motor stator to rise to the positioning plate through the manual switch. The positioning plate limits the motor stator, and then control the pliers through the foot switch to bite the copper coil, and pull the copper coil out of the stator to complete the disassembly of the stator.
